Well-being and Mindfulness Poetry
The new Meaningful Mindful Poetry series is a collection of mindful poetry for children and teenagers. The poetry explores strategies to help children and teenagers deal with a range of emotions and situations that they may find challenging. This poetry aims to stimulate conversations and provide young people with the opportunity to discuss thoughts, feelings and situations they may experience. Through the poetry, they are given the opportunity to practise mindfulness and explore ways they can enhance their own wellbeing in a gentle and nurturing way.
