The book consists of seven language units based on well-known fairy tales.
The language concepts include:
- Pairs
- Possession
- Associations
- Negation
- Preposiions
- Opposite
- Rhyming
The activities are embedded with opportunities for turn-taking, social language, sensory input and self-monitoring. The instructional techniques are sensitive to the communication, attention, behavioral and sensory needs of children with autism disorders. All of the activities use visual learning.
