Test Structure:

  • Includes 10 clinical scales: Inhibit, Self-Monitor, Shift, Emotional Control, Working Memory, and Plan/Organize are included on all forms. Initiate, Task-Monitor, and Organization of Materials are also on the Parent and Teacher forms. The Self-Report Form also includes Task Completion.
  • Includes Inconsistency, Negativity, and Infrequency scales.
  • Print materials include separate Parent, Teacher, and Self-Report Rating Forms and Parent and Teacher ADHD Forms.
