Everyone experiences worries, fears and anxieties at some stage. This is a normal part of day-to-day living. Developing strategies to manage these anxieties is a healthy part of growing up. A valuable life-skill for any child is the ability to recognise the signs of anxiety and to have a range of ways in which to manage it.
